The program is designed to assist Colorado companies in implementing a simple and scalable real estate benefit into their existing Employee Benefits Package. CEHOP is committed to customizing a program to every Colorado company.  We offer participation levels designed to provide the resources and guidance you need.

Participation levels are chosen by the participating employer

Level 1

Financial Assistance

Funds are provided to offset closing costs for Buyers and Sellers up to $2,000 per transaction.

Program Development

A customized CEHOP plan is developed to integrate with your company’s employee benefits package.

Program Materials

Access to electronic and print marketing material to create CEHOP benefit awareness.

Education and Resources

Exclusive Resource Portal for employees to access instant information and book appointments. Quarterly education classes will be offered based on employee's real estate interests.

Level 2

Level 1 benefits PLUS

Time Off

Paid days off for employees to engage in homeowner tasks such as: searching for homes, preparing homes for market, meeting with Brandi, Lana, inspectors, contractors etc.

Employer Down Payment and/or Closing Cost Assistance

Offering compensation such as: one flat payment, bonuses, fund-matching, or an annual housing allowance.

An additional $5,000- $10,000 could be the difference for an employee to purchase a home.

Level 3

Reallocation of Existing Benefits

Reallocating current monetary employee benefits to a housing expense fund.

Strategic Partnerships

Building partnerships with government entities that provide homeowner grants or down payment assistance loans for first time home buyers.

Legislation

Partner with your real estate team on active legislation to offer employers tax breaks on homeownership programs.

Company Real Estate Ownership

Purchase homes for employees to occupy at a discounted price and long-term company investment.
